Help Sinatra with His Heartworm Treatment!

We're having a fundraiser for a 3 year old blue heeler mix in our program named Sinatra (who likes to "sing"!)  He came to us from Texas and has a wonderful personality.  However, he is heartworm positive.  His treatment will cost $1,100, so any help you are willing to give is very much appreciated!
